Hello, Can you recommend me please with which new trip-hop albums to start? (You know that I like especially trip-hop from late 90s/circa 2000 with an edge on the dreamy and experimental, see Halou/R/R Coseboom, Pomegranate, The Starseeds, Laika, Amstrong/Antenne, Lost Balance, Perfume Tree...)
I'm surprised there were so many trip-hop albums this year. Don't forget the new Hooverphonic too.
I only listened though to the new Morcheeba, which I didn't liked, and as for Heligoland, most of it I already heard on a concert before the album went out, and those songs didn't impressed me.

Hooverphonic new album dissapointed me. It's poppy. Better try with the Geike Arnaert's project, Dorleac.

Yeah, I tryed to listened to the new Hooverphonic. I can't believe that someone would buy that instead of 100 other pop bands, from Belgium or not. I don't like the hole they end up in.
I'm now listening to Ekos Quartet. Not bad at all.
I also recognised Marie-Louise Munck from that list, she's the vocalist from Antenne and Amstrong, I already heard a couple of her solo songs back in the day.
Verticis, what Coldfinger new album? I can't find it.

Verticis de acuerdo contigo n la decepcion por el de Hooverphonic, fue una de mis bandas de cabecera cuando empezaba con el Trip, en fin, no hay evolución ahi eh!
